This is your invoice for all summer and winter road maintenance and snow-clearing for May 1, 2021 until April 30, 2022.
 
The funds are used by LGCA, a not-for-profit corporation, for year-round road maintenance for Cawood Estates, Lakeview, Beaver Dam and Deer Run.

As in the past, the LGCA will arrange with the contractor on your behalf, to have driveways/parking spots cleared of snow only after your fees have been paid as follows:
 

• $170 for a parking spot, $245 for up to 50’, and $320 for up to 100’ (subject to revision by the contractor).
• The fee for longer lanes is to be negotiated directly with the contractor.

 
The contractor will not clear any driveways or parking spots until payment has been received by the LGCA.
 
Your 2021-22 LGCA annual membership is now payable ($25 per family). Membership is optional but we encourage it since it permits voting at the annual meeting, supports important community and environment programs at Lake George, and allows members to benefit from additional insurance on LGCA roads. Only Members in good standing and having paid their 2021-22 membership fee before the beginning of the Annual Members Meeting will be permitted to vote.
