meet the board - rencontrer le conseil

Board of Directors

The Association's Board of Directors is elected in accordance with government-approved bylaws by members in good standing, at an annual general meeting held toward the end of July.  The board consists of the president, vice-president, treasurer, secretary, and 3 directors at large. 2 directors are also roads committee chair and environment chair.  The term of office is two years, but board members can run for re-election.  Minutes and notices intended for the general membership are prepared in both English and French.  The Association's financial accounts are reviewed by two auditors.

Conseil d'administration
